Senior Property Manager

Who We Are Looking For

If you are looking for a Property Manager or Trainee Property Manager role, you are welcome to apply but please make that note in your cover letter.

This Senior Property Manager role is available to individuals with 3+ years experience as a Property Manager, Property Management Assistant, or in Leasing.

You will have demonstrated:
• An understanding of legislation requirements and leasing practices
• Familiarity with industry software, such as Property Me
• High organisation and time management skills
• First-class communication and relationship building skills
• An ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail
• Computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office 
• The ability to work independently both within the office and offsite

You will also have:
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• The right to work in Australia
• A current Drivers License

Our remuneration packages recognise the industry experience you may bring to our owners, tenants, and trusted suppliers. 

A Property Manager with 5 years of relevant experience would expect a $90,000pa remuneration package which includes a salary of $65,000+ per year plus a company car (or car allowance), mobile phone, KPIs, and 11.5% Superannuation.
