It was a wonderful experience selling our Investment Property at 1 Bokara Place , Glenfield Wagga Wa John and I are very thankful and appreciative of Gill Davies help and guidance in the successful and very pleasing Sale of 1 Bokara Place, Glenfield Park in Wagga Wagga. We were impressed with Gill’s level of Marketing knowledge and skills. Gill has the gift of communication and does it excellently. Gill from start to finish was exceptional, going above and beyond my previous experiences with realtors. Gill was honest, open and earnest in all her dealings with my wife and myself, communicating patiently what to reasonable expect through out the process, while showing an in depth insight into the market, the immediate neighbourhood, local community, council and services. While at no time did I feel pressured, Gill regularly and effectively conducted communication between myself and the vendor, always returned my phone calls promptly (if not answering immediately) and likewise with emails. Gill took time to answer our questions and did so in a warm, patient manner. Gill's work ethic is also notable. On several occasions Gill made herself available outside of work hours and on one occasion drove a 70km round trip to check on the property that we have bought. I do not like realestate agents. I do not trust realestate agents. With the exception of Gill Davies, who I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Gill was very knowledgeable, experienced, communicable and honest. Gill assisted me with the minor renovation of my home prior to selling as I live in another state. I relied on her to manage this as well as the sale and overall I am satisfied with the results. Gill updated me every few days to ensure I was aware of the progress, even when there was no news. It was a pleasure having Gill sell my home.
